Request for Qualifications - Civil Engineering Plan Review Services

The City of Sierra Vista (“City”) Public Works/ Engineering Division is seeking civil engineering consulting firms to provide qualified plan reviewers specializing in private development and engineering plan review services. The Division’s review workload related to development activity plan review services currently exceeds the City’s capacity for existing in-house staff. Consultant services are needed to meet standard review timeframes and provide expedited service upon request and as agreed. The selected firm will be expected to offer plan review of private development projects, including reviewing and proposing conditions of approval for development applications (site plans, subdivisions, etc).

The City is seeking to award to up to 3 consultants for one year contract with the option to renew the contract for four (4) additional one-year terms, not to exceed five (5) total contract years.
