Notice of Intent to Award – Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements
In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit, Chinle Comprehensive Healthcare Facility, Chinle, Arizona, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with 1) National Environmental Inc. DBA Buy Indian Medical, 2) Ortho Medial of OK, Inc., 3) OReady LLC and 4) Bighorn Ridge Runners for Chinle Physical Rehabilitation Department, for direct patient care supplies per FAR 13.303-2(a)(1), because there is a wide variety of items in a broad class of supplies or services that are generally purchased, but the exact items, quantities, and delivery requirements are not known in advance and may vary considerably, to be ordered on an as-needed basis…
The anticipated period of performance is the date of award to 09 Months [or 09/01/2025 to 05/31/2026]. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 800 employees.
No further awards will be made unless the need for Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition.
Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than 09/02/2025. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted.
This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.
