Statement of Work (SOW) for Accident Repair on Government Vehicle EN#2067. IAS#1143255
1. Background and Purpose
The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to outline the tasks and responsibilities for the repair of a government vehicle that sustained damages due to an accident. The repairs must restore the vehicle to its original operational and aesthetic condition in compliance with manufacturer specifications and applicable government standards.
Repairs must be performed within a 50 miles radius from where truck is located: BLACK HILLS NATIONAL FOREST 1019 N FIFTH ST CUSTER SD 57730-8214.
2. Scope of Work
The contractor shall:
1. Inspect the vehicle to assess all visible and hidden damages resulting from the accident.
2. Provide a detailed estimate of repair costs, including parts, labor, and any other associated expenses.
3. Perform repairs to restore the vehicle to its pre-accident condition. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Bodywork (dent removal, panel replacement, etc.).
- Paintwork (matching original paint)
- Mechanical repairs (e.g., suspension, other systems impacted by the accident).
- Safety system checks and repairs (airbags, sensors, etc.).
3. Performance Standards
The contractor shall ensure that:

The repair work shall be completed within 45 calendar days from the date of award of the contract.
5. Acceptance Criteria
The government will inspect and approve the vehicle after repairs are completed. Acceptance will be based on:
- Compliance with the SOW requirements.
6. Payment Terms
Payment will be made upon completion through the government invoicing platform (IPP.gov) after acceptance of all repairs and submission of an itemized invoice is uploaded into IPP.
