The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for the demolition and removal of one (1) residential structure in Shohola Township, Pike County.
The address is 130 Lodge Road, Shohola, PA 18458. The work consists of demolition of one three story residential structure; disposal of the building components and debris, disposal of interior items and disposal of outdoor items are also included. The building is on a stacked stone foundation. A moderate amount of site grading and clean-up is also required.
