ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals will be received by the West Virginia Parkways Authority via Bid Express for:

PAPER BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY VIA BID EXPRESS. A MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting will be held January 30th , 2025 at 10 am via teleconference. To attend the MANDATORY PREBID meeting, participants may dial this number and enter the participant code: (816)-702-6618, 697962366#. Attendees must be full time employees of the Contractor.

All work under this contract shall be completed by OCTOBER 31, 2026.

Proposals will be received via Bid Express until 3:00 PM March 18th, 2025 at which time said proposals will be publicly opened and read at the office of the West Virginia Parkways Authority, Administration Building, 3310 Piedmont Road, Charleston, West Virginia 25306. Results may also be heard via teleconference by dialing this number and entering the participant code: (816)-702-6618, 685879152#. No bids will be received after the scheduled opening.
