PAPER BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY VIA BID EXPRESS. A MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting will be held January 28, 2025, at 10:00 am at the office of the West Virginia Parkways Authority, Administration Building, Charleston, West Virginia or via teleconference. To attend the MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting, participants may attend in-person or dial this number and enter the participant code: (816)-702-6618, 880421563#. Attendees must be full time employees of the Contractor.

Construction under this contract shall commence no earlier than June 3, 2025, and must be completed by September 12, 2025. Proposals will be received via Bid Express until 3:00 PM February 11, 2025 at which time said proposals will be publicly opened and read at the office of the West Virginia Parkways Authority, Administration Building, 3310 Piedmont Road, Charleston, West Virginia 25306. Results may also be heard via teleconference by dialing this number and entering the participant code: (816)-702-6618, 821012263#. No bids will be received after the scheduled opening.

Prospective bidders must be prequalified in accordance with SECTION 102.1 of the WVDOH Standard Specifications. Contract Documents without Standard Specifications or other referenced standards can be obtained from www.bidexpress.com.
