TexasSouthern University is seeking to enter into non-exclusive contract withestablished, qualified and experienced Public Relation (PR) firm knowledgeablein public higher education administration issues.

Project Overview: This Scope of Work (SOW) outlines the requirementsand expectations for the selection of a public relations (PR) firm to supportTexas Southern University in achieving its communications and brandingobjectives. The selected firm will be responsible for developing, implementinga comprehensive Q4 2024 and Q1 2025 marketing and public relations transitionplan under direction of Division of Marketing and Communications leadership.This PR strategy will focus on leveraging a holiday-season event to bolsterorganizational visibility, align communications efforts with Q1 milestones andinitiatives (known and anticipated), and drive engagement across emerging andtraditional platforms. The partnership will extend through May 31, 2025.
