The Southern Nevada Water Authority (Owner) is soliciting proposals from qualified and interested firms for Construction
Manager at Risk (CMAR) services to provide pre-construction and construction services for the Owner’s Horizon Lateral - Rice Pumping Station & Pipeline Project, located in the City of Las Vegas and Clark County, Nevada.
