Description: The purpose of this bid is to establish a Contract between the County and a Contractor for a unit price bid for the repair of disintegrated concrete on various bridges and large culverts located in Ulster County utilizing pneumatically projected concrete (Shotcrete). The unit price bid shall be per U.S. bag of Portland Cement. Each unit price per bag shall include the costs of furnishing all labor, equipment, mobilization, and materials necessary to satisfactorily repair – remove damage and apply pneumatically projected concrete (Shotcrete) as per Section 583 of the NYSDOT Standard Specifications, latest edition. The Contract has indefinite quantities called for indefinite delivery times during the Contract period. Although no work is necessarily guaranteed, upon receipt of a Purchase Order, the Contractor will be required to perform the work specified in this bid at the location(s) and in the quantities and types shown on the purchase order.
