Notice is hereby given that the City of Washougal (“City”) is soliciting proposals from consultants for professional services as follows:
• Compliance support for the Phase II NPDES MS4 permit, including, but not limited to,
o On call stormwater support
o New Stormwater Management Action Plan (SMAP) for at least one new high priority catchment (due by 03/31/27)
o Tree canopy assessment (due by 12/31/26)
o MS4 mapping requirements, using GIS (due by 03/31/28)
o GIS general support
