Project Description: The Ashanti Fire House, located in Louisville's historic Parkland neighborhood, is a culturally significant site that once served as a fire station and later evolved into a community hub. The Office of Housing and Community Development is seeking a qualified nonprofit organization (501(c)(3)) to lease, operate, and manage the property located at 1150 South 28th Street for use as a community-centered facility.
