Energy Supply Chain Planning and Site Services

Description of goods to services to be bid:

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) is issuing this solicitation to establish a pool of Consultants qualified to develop and implement quality initiatives in support of several energy economic development programs and activities. Consultants will provide objective technical services to help economic developers’ and communities’ efforts to grow the Energy Economy in New York including retaining, expanding, and attracting clean energy supply chains.

NYSERDA has broadly defined potential needs across the following Categories, which are described in greater detail in the solicitation document:
• Category A: Supply Chain Regional Planning
• Category B: Supply Chain Site Readiness
• Category C: Power Technical and Feasibility Analysis

Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences:

As a result of this RFQL, NYSERDA expects to retain multiple qualified consultants to provide services in some or all of the stated support area Categories. The number of Task Work Orders (TWOs) and type of services requested from the selected Consultants will primarily depend on NYSERDA’s needs for services. Selected Consultants will be assigned work based on the nature and complexity of projects, the Consultant's expertise, the volume and frequency of services requested, the contractor’s past performance, and the absence of conflicts of interest.

Proposers may be a single company or team of companies, but must in their response, clearly identify the key employees, subconsultants, or relevant affiliates of all entities who are proposed to fulfill the requirements of this RFQL.
