The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the award of a contract to perform Event Planning and Management Services for the “Texas GIS Forum” conference (the Conference) held by the Texas Geographic Information Office (TxGIO), an office of the TWDB. The Conference is held every year. The next “Texas GIS Forum” conference is tentatively planned to be held on or about October 20-24, 2025, in the Austin, Texas metropolitan area. The expected audience for the Conference is approximately 400 attendees. The Conference will include a mix of workshops, general sessions and breakout sessions. In addition, the Conference includes exhibitor areas, one networking reception, and breakfast and lunch provided on multiple days.
