Synopsis:
|
|
This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Bidders to provide Bids for the provision of the North Stair Repair and Repointing, as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A).
The project entails the stabilization, re-leveling, and repointing of the granite treads on the Centre, north-facing staircase of the Saskatchewan Legislative Building, located at 2405 Legislative Drive, Regina, Saskatchewan. Bidders are also requested to provide a supplementary price for similar work on the East and West north-facing staircases.

A mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held on October 17, 2025, 10:00 a.m CST (Local Saskatchewan Time). Proponents are to assemble at the front entrance lobby located at 2405 Legislative Drive, Regina and are required to sign in at the commissionaire’s desk. The attendance will be verified using the site visit sign-in sheet.
