Description: Pilgrim Psychiatric Center located at 998 Crooked Hill Rd., West Brentwood, NY 11717, is seeking to upgrade their audio-visual components in the auditoriums. An optional site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, January 2,1 2025, at 10:00 AM EST. Interested bidders are to sign in at building 9 – Safety Department. Questions from attendees are to be submitted to the Bureau of Procurement Enterprise Services per the instructions in the IFB by Tuesday, January 281 2025, by 3:00 PM EST. Questions and Answers will be accumulated and sent to all attendees by Tuesday, February 4, 2025, as well as posted to this ad. Bids are due no later than Tuesday, February 11, 2025, by 3:00 p.m. ET. "Pursuant to New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the Procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation.
