Solicitation Description:

The objective of this Request for Offer (RFO) is to solicit Responses from qualified Respondents to procure an online Career Exploration Assessment Services solution to support the Texas Workforce Commission’s (TWC) Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Division in providing career assessment and individual career exploration reports that reflect the strength and stress behaviors of the customer, individual work preferences and motivations, and a recommended work environment.

TWC is seeking to procure a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) technology solution, commercially available for purchase in the marketplace as of the date of proposal submission. At a minimum, a technology solution will include software and may, if necessary, include hardware.
