| Event Description: | The purpose of this solicitation is to select a Respondent that can satisfy the State’s need for an Equipment Maintenance Management Program. It is the intent of IDOA to contract with a Respondent that has documented experience and expertise providing reduced costs for equipment maintenance and equipment repair while maintaining quality of service and minimizing the downtime of the covered equipment. These services shall include a review of individual State Entity User’s current maintenance contracts related to equipment maintenance and repair to determine coverage needs. The successful Respondent must work with the State Entity User in coordinating implementation of the program and in some cases transition of equipment from the current equipment service agreements. |
