Description:

Conversion of Legacy Web Content Center to ITS Enterprise Content Management FileNet

ITS dedicated team in support of DOT program area is in need of a Vender to perform conversion of Legacy Web Content Center (WCC) to ITS Enterprise Content Management (ECM) FileNet. This is a one-time engagement. Vendor will need to specialize in this area and have proven track record with these type of initiatives for State and Gov't entities. Verification of past projects required.

Extraction to FileNet import packages. Format to be specified by State of New York.
Deliver file package as a PGP-encrypted ZIP to ITS ECM Team for bulk import. ITS will handle the encryption and provide accordingly
