PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR DISASTER RECOVERY PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The West Memphis School District (WMSD) is now seeking written Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified and experienced firms to provide Disaster Recovery Project Management Services for general oversight, FEMA technical assistance, and support for grant and project management disaster recovery services in compliance with all federal and state requirements related to the recovery of WMSD following the April 4, 2025 flood.
Qualified firms may submit questions regarding RFQ requirements to: Dr. Cedric Hawkins, Deputy Superintendent, at chawkins@wmsd.net with “Disaster Recovery RFQ” in the subject line.
To be considered, RFQs must be received by 4p.m. (CST) Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
RFQ’s may be mailed to West Memphis School District, P.O. Box 826, West Memphis, AR, 72303 or emailed to Dr. Cedric Hawkins, Deputy Superintendent, at chawkins@wmsd.net with “Disaster Recovery RFQ” in the subject line.
