Description: The New York State Bridge Authority (NYSBA) is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified telecommunications companies to provide a (managed) fully Hosted VoIP telephone system service for all of the Authority's five (5) facilities: Rip Van Winkle, Kingston-Rhinecliff, Mid-Hudson (including Operations and Headquarters), Newburgh-Beacon and Bear Mountain. NYSBA already has in place all infrastructure, including managed POE Cisco switches and all cabling to all phone locations. The current existing system uses Yealink phones, which are owned by NYSBA. The successful Proposer shall include the use of this equipment in their proposal. The new system shall have all of the hardware located at the proposer's data center. The current phones are connected to the internet via Ethernet connections supplied by NYSBA with no other wiring required.
