Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for quote (RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The sources sought notice is for market research purposes to make the appropriate acquisition decision and gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing, size standard of 1000 employees. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 6830.
The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando VA Medical Center (OVAMC) is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested contractors who can provide a re-supply of medical gases; facility wide in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations. It is anticipated that the re-supply of medical gases; facility wide will be a five (5) year, Firm Fixed-Price Base plus Four Indefinite Delivery Contract.
The capability statement shall be limited to no more than five pages and must clearly state the following: Capability in industrial gas re-supply on a similar scope and scale as OVAMC. Offerors who cannot provide historical information for their company regarding industrial gas re-supply of similar scope and scale should provide corresponding information to show how the company would meet OVAMC requirements. This information should provide a strong level of confidence to the Government that an offeror would meet or exceed the performance requirements to provide all management, supervision, personnel, services materials, supplies, transportation, general and specialized equipment necessary to deliver gas, oxygen, nitrogen, and propane products. The contractor will fill government owned cylinders, will provide contractor owned cylinders, or will be servicing the facility with a combination of both.
In addition, provide and answer the following:
Company name, address, point(s) of contact, title, telephone number, fax number, email address, cage code, and SAM UEI number.
Company s business size, to include number of employees;
Company s socioeconomic status
THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposal (RFQ); submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
To be eligible for award, prospective must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Interest site, www.sam.gov.
Responses to this notice should be emailed, no later than 1300 hours (1:00 PM), Eastern Standard Time on January 24, 2025.
