Project Description: The City of Norwalk is soliciting proposals (RFP’s) from qualified Consulting Environmental Engineering firms to provide site assessment and comprehensive design for the following project: Plan Development for Flood Resilience Using Salt Marsh Rehabilitation and Green Infrastructure. Funding for the project is through a Federal grant. Federal funded projects require additional terms and conditions and other obligations. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
