The Cityof San Antonio, Public Works Department is issuing a Request for Qualificationsseeking Statement of Qualifications from interested professional engineeringfirms (Respondents) for civil engineering design services for the HarryWurzbach Highway Design and the Watson Road Phase 2 projects (Projects).

Throughthis solicitation, the City’s intends to select up to two (2) firms for civilengineering design services for the projects. All Respondents proposing toprovide engineering services to the City shall have an established staff orteam capable of providing the services indicated in the Scope of Work toinclude knowledge and experience developing schematic design and Plans,Specifications, & Estimates (PS&E) in conformance with TxDOT policies andrequirements in addition to the City’s Design Guidance Manual. Theestimated not-to-exceed contract value is $950,000.00 for each project.

Pre-SubmittalConference will be held on January 7, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. CT, via WebEx.Attendance at the Pre-Submittal Conference is optional, but highlyencouraged.
