Synopsis:
|
|
Electronic bid submissions for construction on the above-noted project will be received prior to 2:00:00 PM CST, FRIDAY, 21 FEBRUARY 2025 under the jurisdiction of the Architect, Kreate Architecture and Design Ltd. Electronic bid submission requirements are identified in detail within the bid documents. Bids will be received and reviewed in private. The time stamp for verification within the bid process shall be the time recorded within the Architect’s offices by their means.
Description of the Work:
Land clearing and grubbing
Site works and site finishing
Construction of wood framed single storey structure addition of approximately 126 square meters (1,355 square feet)
Renovation of existing wood single storey structure of approximately 78 square meters (840 square feet)
Supply and installation of fitments and finishes within site and constructed assemblies.
Supply and installation of mechanical equipment
Supply and installation of electrical equipment.

Subcontractors shall file their pricing directly to General Contractors. The exterior site area is available for viewing at any time; access to the interior will be conducted as escorted viewing only on the date and time is identified within these specifications.
