Synopsis:

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of a quantity of 187 Oracle Men’s Softshell Jacket and 163 Oracle Women’s Softshell Jackets to be embroidered and shipped to the Dakota Dunes Casino.

Special Instruction to Bidders:
All bids to be in Canadian Dollars $CAD.
Bid pricing to include all setup fees, taxes, shipping/delivery, etc. as per pricing table, with no additional costs to SIGA.
Please provide the guaranteed delivery date of expected receipt of full order by, as shown.
Complete order required by the stated delivery date by the vendor.
Substitutions will not be allowed on the jacket brand, colour or style.
Artwork requires digital approval before proceeding with the order.
Left Chest Embroidery Dakota Dunes Casino logo (pictured page 3). “Embroidery ready” logo format will be provided to the awarded vendor.
