18 Park Street Renovation - Special Inspections

Binghamton University is in the process of bidding a project to restore a 3-story historic building at 18 Park Street, Johnson City, NY to support the existing Heath Sciences Campus. The renovated building will house the Speech and Language Pathology and Physical Therapy programs and will also have shell space on the 3rd floor for future expansions. The project will consist of but not be limited to Site/Civil work, masonry restorations, and all new mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection and fire alarms

The selected professional will provide special inspections of Soil, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, geotechnical engineering and asphalt.

The construction budget is $24,056,000
