Notice to Bidders - CPPI has been selected to provide Construction Management services to Santa Fe College for the SF 25-71-02 Athletics Complex Fieldhouse Construction project located in Gainesville, Florida. The new construction project will provide locker rooms, restrooms, and shower facilities to student athletes, coaches, and referees. CPPI is accepting subcontractor/vendor prequalification applications for, but not limited to, the following scopes of work: CONCRETE MASONRY MISC. METALS ROUGH CARPENTRY WATERPROOFING ROOFING STOREFRONT DOORS/FRAMES/HARDWARE DRYWALL/FRAMING SPRAY APPLIED INSULATION FLOORING PAINTING MISC. SPECIALTIES SIGNAGE PLUMBING MECHANICAL HVAC ELECTRICAL SITEWORK FENCING & GATES LANDSCAPING & IRRIGATION

All interested parties are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday March 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., EST at the project site located at Santa Fe College Baseball/Softball Concessions area located at 3000 NW 83rd St, Gainesville, FL 32606. Sealed bids, whether submitted electronically through Building Connected or hand delivered to CPPI’s office (8200 NW 15th Place, Gainesville, FL 32606), are due by 2:00:00 p.m., Thursday, April 16, 2026.
