Proposals addressed to Andrew Zeldin, Social Worker Supervisor, 2222 South College Road, Wilmington, NC 28403 and marked “FAMILY CAREGIVER SUPPORT PROGRAM IN-HOME/COMMUNITY RESPITE” will be accepted until 5:00 P.M. EST, Thursday, June 19, 2025.
