Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Bulk Fuel Supply.
Please refer to IFB #26-664 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on April 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST .  Register with the buyer, Samantha Barger, at SBarger@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 381 641 833# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date:  May 12, 2026, by 11:00 AM EST Bids shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov. Bids will be opened via Microsoft Teams. Link can be found on OpenGov under “Bid Opening”.
