Event Management and Registration Services

New York Office of General Services, Procurement Services (OGS PS) is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide event management and support services for the successful hosting of the New York State GOVBUY 2025 (“GOVBUY”). This two-day event will be held on November 20 – November 21, 2025, at the Empire State Plaza in Albany, New York.

Minimum Bidder Requirements:

1. Bidders must qualify as at least one of the following:

• New York State certified Minority-Owned Business Enterprise; or
• New York State certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise; or
• New York State certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business; or
• New York State Small Business as defined under State Finance Law § 160(8), which means the business must be resident in the State of New York, independently owned and operated, not dominant in its field, and employ 100 or fewer persons.

2. Bidder must have at least three consecutive years of experience providing event management services for events of similar size and scope.
