Minimum Qualifications
1. Bidder Minimum Qualifications

The Bidder must document in its Bid that it satisfies the following Minimum Qualifications:

Vendor shall maintain a current active State of Maryland Business License.

Vendor shall have been in the Commercial Janitorial Service business for a minimum of five years and have available a minimum work force of five (5) employees with a minimum of five years Commercial Janitorial Service experience. Vendor shall provide documentation of business license prior to award of contract.

C. Vendor shall submit three (3) references when requested, the name, address, telephone number and point-of-contact of at least three firms, for which the bidder provided commercial janitorial services within the preceding 24 months. References may be checked prior to award. Any negative responses received may result in disqualification of the bid. Proof of Vendor’s qualifications may be requested at MDOT SHA’s sole discretion. The Bidder shall provide with its Bid " Attachment E Reference Checks " with three or more references filled out.
