NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with AAA Pumping Service, Inc., under the authority of FAR 12.102 (a) sole Source.
Urgent request to empty solid sewage waste from the $20,000-gallon septic tank at Pueblo Pintado Community School. Currently, the tank is nearly full and needs to be emptied within the next 2 weeks before sewage starts to discharge into the environment.
The anticipated delivery is May 31, 2026.
