Purpose



The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to:




  1. Obtain information regarding the capability of industry to meet the above requirements with references of previous or similar work.

  2. Obtain information regarding ability for industry to meet the requirements via GSA Schedule.

Submission Instructions



Responses to this RFI shall be submitted in Microsoft Word format. Responses are due no later than 5:00 PM ET, April 16, 2026. Responses shall be submitted in writing via e-mail only to the Contracting Officer, Paul Barrett at paul.barrett@cbp.dhs.gov. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and must be clearly marked as proprietary and separated. Please note, all submissions will be Government property and will not be returned.

This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, CBP is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be incurred solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government.
