Request for Supplier Qualifications for Geospatial Development Services Vendor Roster

This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by the City of Regina (the "City") to respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Geospatial Software Development Services as further described in the RFSQ.

The purpose of this RFSQ is to obtain a number of Qualified GIS Consultants who can provide the services required for the City’s Geospatial Development Services Quallifed Vendor Roster (QVR). Qualified GIS Consultants are those with GIS technical skills, such as with ESRI’s ArcGIS Pro suite, ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, programming in Python for GIS, programming in a .NET environment for GIS, FME workbench, Oracle databases, and other skills related to the GIS technical development field.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
