SPE4A725R0068 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 9 each.
Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin. FOB Origin. Delivery will be requested to be 250 DARO for the Production items.
Source Approval Statement applies to this NSN. The approved source for this material is listed below and it is expected that award will be made to that firm. Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed for a SAR approval.
This is sole source to: L3HARRIS MARITIME POWER & ENERGY 30086 P/N 131045-K01
Unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is of critical application.
