PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY. The City of Big Lake is advancing a Public Safety Facility Project, which includes space for City Hall, the Police Department, and the Public Library. The City of Big Lake is seeking qualifications from experienced firms to provide Comprehensive Program Management Services for a new Public Safety Facility, including both Construction Manager at Risk and Architectural/Engineering services under a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Following the RFQ process, the City will issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to shortlisted firms. A full copy of the RFQ can be located on the City of Big Lake website www.biglakemn.org under the “Business” tab and within the “Bid Opportunities” page. The deadline to submit proposals is 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31. Please contact Hanna Klimmek , city administrator, with any questions.
