• Required Start Date: 28May.


• Meal Drop off Time: 15 Minutes prior to the start of mealtimes (as indicated on the Feeder schedule attached)


• Type of Meal: BULK TRAYS Drop off.


• Meal Restrictions: 11 Halal, 2 Vegetarians, 2 Kosher meals required for every meal cycle.


• Additional Remarks: Requesting To-Go containers and plates/cups/silverware.

ATTACHED: Reqeust for Quote, Feeding Schedule, NYARNG 21 Day Menu, and Statement of Work - Meal Drop off.

The NYARNG intends to award to a small business with an active registration in SAM.gov, able to receive federal contracts, and who offers the lowest price for meals required in accordance with the attached NYARNG 21 Day Menus contract and Statement of Work.

The awardee will submit all Invoices in WAWF.

All meals must meet the food standards of the Statement of Work (SOW) and the government reserves the right to inspect before award and at any time of the contract duration. Please review section 1.7 of the statement of work.

Please send Current ServSafe and Health Inspection certificates with pricing per meal for both breakfast and dinner, as well as the total overall dollar amounts via email to Meghan.a.sheridan.civ@army.mil No later than 21 MAY 2025 At 4:00 p.m EST.
