This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2025-06 latest update. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is #15A00026R00000013.
All Offeror’s questions are due by January 28, 2026, 5:00PM EST and shall be emailed to Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov. No questions will be addressed after this date. All questions and answers will be provided to all prospective offeror(s) via a formal amendment to the solicitation.
