This Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is issued by Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (Citizens) to request competitive sealed replies (Replies) from firms (Vendors) capable of providing data services that provides the identification of geographic location-related risk characteristics for commercial and residential properties that citizens currently insures or may insure in the future (Services). The Services should be available for the entire state of Florida, providing data for each specific property address requested (Property Data).
