Air Show Entry Screening Equipment - Beale AFB, CA

The 9th Reconnaissance Wing (9 RW) will host an open house Air Show from June 6 to 8, 2025, at Beale

Air Force Base, California. To ensure security for the event, walkthrough screening technology must be

leased and rented. The desired screening solution is to maximize throughput and minimize delays while providing the

capability to pinpoint weapons and identify individuals possessing them, allowing personnel to keep keys,

cell phones, and similar items on their person without the need to remove them before processing through

the scanner, ensuring efficient and secure entry for all attendees.

Contractors MUST Provide:

1) Technical Acceptability: Provide technical proposal to include specifications on items to be provided. Provide management plan of how the technicians will be utilized throughout the event.

2) Price: Return RFQ with all required information.

(a) Pricing shall be provided in the Prices/Cost section of the Request for Quote (RFQ).

(b) Proposed price shall include whole dollar calculations only.
