Description

Systems Planning & Analysis, Inc. (SPA) (2001 N Beauregard Street, Alexandria, VA, 22311), is awarded a $1,526,176.76 cost-plus-fixed-fee level-of-effort contract (N0003025C1037) for Nuclear Weapons Surety NWS in the areas of policy, planning, analytical support to security, training, compliance, NWS incident response and safety engineering. The period of performance is 60 months (if all Options are exercised). Work will be performed in Alexandria, Virginia and Washington, District of Columbia. Work is expected to be complete by 16 February 2030. Fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $388,587.91 will be obligated on this award. This contract is being awarded to the Contractor on a sole source basis, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and was previously synopsized on the SAM. gob website.
