Description: The work of this single bid project includes the renovation of a 2,400 square foot area (two existing, non-functioning wet labs) on the south end of the 16th floor of the College to be converted into three new labs, office spaces and freezer rooms, and the replacement of the existing HVAC unit serving the entire 16th floor. Plans will be available after April 22, 2025, through Camelot Print & Copy Centers (518-435-9696 & https://www.camelotplanroom.com/ ).
A project walk-through has been scheduled for April 30, 2025, at 10:00am, meeting at the Lobby at the SUNY College of Optometry at 33 West 42nd Street, NYC.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
