Description:
Allegany County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to complete a housing market assessment and housing development strategy. The objective of this project is to develop an assessment and strategy to attract investment in specific housing types in targeted areas of the County. This initiative will provide decision-makers, stakeholders, and community members with a comprehensive understanding of the current housing conditions and key issues, along with identifying investment areas. All proposals due by May 30, 2025.
