On-Call Maintenance and Repair Services

The City of Dania Beach is soliciting proposals for On-Call Maintenance and Repair Services . proposals are to be submitted via the City's e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/daniabeachfl . proposals will be received prior to 10:00 am on Monday, April 13, 2026 . Late proposals will not be accepted.

The City seeks to establish a pool of qualified Contractors to provide as‑needed maintenance, repair, and related services for City‑owned buildings, facilities, parks, infrastructure, and other municipal assets. Services will be performed on an on‑call basis and may include routine, urgent, or emergency work. All work must comply with Florida Statutes, the Florida Building Code, and all applicable City of Dania Beach ordinances, policies, and standards.
