Contract work consists of maintenance dredging of approximately 2.5 million cubic yards of sediment within the Delaware River, Philadelphia to Sea main navigation channel between Stations 0+000 and 515+000 and approximately 400,000 cubic yards within Wilmington Harbor, Christina River. Work includes hydraulic dredging with placement of the dredged material into the Pedricktown and Delaware City disposal areas. All dredging will be performed to the required depths indicated with 1 or 2-foot allowable overdepth. All dredging shall be performed as contour dredging. Before and after dredging surveys for measurement will be performed by the government. The period of performance for the contract will be 240 calendar days. Estimated cost range of the project is $25,000,000 to $100,000,000. Amendment 0001 - 15 AUG 2025 - The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W912BU25BA007 is as follows: 1) To revise the Section 00 21 00 - Instructions; INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES TO BIDDERS; item 1.11 - Prospective Bidders Questions and Requests for Information (RFI); RFls due date from 1:00PM EDT 28 AUG 2025 to 1:00PM EDT 19 AUG 2025. 2) To provide RFI Questions and Responses. 3) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0002 - 27 AUG 2025 - The purpose of Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W912BU25BA007 is as follows: 1) To revise the Bid Opening and sealed offers due date from 1:00PM 28 AUG 2025 to 1:00PM 02 SEP 2025. 2) To provide a revised Specifications Section 35 20 23 which deletes the use of Killcohook Disposal Area from Paragraph 3.2.4. 3) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
