Description View Changes

Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award this new proposed contract to General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS) on a sole source basis. The seven-year contract will be a hybrid Cost type contract for an Abrams Tank Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) resulting in a new variant of the existing Abrams Main Battle Tank called the Abrams M1E3.
