The City of Tomball, Harris County, Texas is soliciting sealed bids for the “North Star Estates Erosion Repairs near Bearing Star Lane”. The bid documents may be obtained for no charge by downloading them at www.civcastusa.com (account setup required).

Sealed bids shall be submitted via CivCast E-bidding, www.civcastusa.com, for “E&P CIP No. 2025-10018; Project Bid Number 2026-02 – “North Star Estates Erosion Repairs near Bearing Star Lane”. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, January 15, 2026.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at 501 James Street or virtually, to familiarize the Bidders with the goals for this project and allow for a site tour. The information for the pre-bid conference will be posted on CivCast and sent out to all plan holders.

Cashier’s Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must accompany the BID. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the closing time designated will be returned unopened.

During the period between the Request for Proposal, submission date, and the contract award, respondents including their agents and/or representatives/owners, shall not directly or indirectly promote their proposal or bid to any member of the Tomball City Council or City staff except in the course of City-sponsored inquires, briefings, interviews, and/or presentations requests. Violation of this provision may result in the rejection of the respondent’s Proposal submittal.

The City of Tomball reserves the right to accept or to reject any bids, to waive technicalities and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the bidder’s ability to provide the product(s) required, and to accept what in its judgment is the most advantageous bid. All bids received after the closing time designated will be returned unopened.
