Description:
Scope of work include but not limited to: Inter paint of an existing 3 story bldg. Prep, patch & paint inter. walls, ceilings, soffits &trim to match existing paint color scheme. Remove & reinstall existing evac. signs, remove all vinyl decals/letters from walls throughout the school-prep for new paint. Promethean bds to remain in place & to be covered with plastic; painter to cut in 6" behind peremeter of bds. PREBID on 3/24/26 ON CAMPUS @ 10:30 a.m.
