The Upper Mississippi River Source Water Protection Project (UMRSWPP) is a partnership between the drinking water utilities of St. Cloud, Minneapolis, and Saint Paul Regional Water Services. The partnership is soliciting proposals from interested consultants to serve as Project Coordinator for a three-year period, with the option to renew for an additional three years.

The City of St. Cloud serves as the administrator for the Upper Mississippi Source Water Protection partnership. Proposals will be accepted until August 8, 2025 and are to be submitted electronically in .PDF format to the St. Cloud Assistant Public Utilities Director:
