Sprinkler Head Assemblies, NFES 0999

The U.S. Forest Service, Washington Office of Procurement & Property Services, Incident Procurement Operations, Logistics Contracting Branch, at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) in Boise, Idaho, will be soliciting quotes for the fabrication, assembly, and delivery of 16,500 ea. Sprinkler Head Assemblies, identified in the National Fire Equipment System (NFES) as 0999. Sprinkler assembly fittings and parts to be manufactured, assembled, and packaged in accordance with the specifications and dimensions described in the future Solicitation design specifications, requirements, and illustrations. The Government will provide most of the component parts necessary to assemble most of the first 10,000 units. Identification and quantities of the items to be provided will be described in detail in the Solicitation. All remaining component parts necessary to complete the remainder of the total order of 16,500 units will be provided by the awardee. Component parts that must be fabricated will be described in sufficient detail in the Solicitation. The Government does not have and will not provide any computer-aided design (CAD) or computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) drawings, diagrams, templates, or files for any component parts other than the design specifications, requirements, and illustrations provided in the Solicitation.

This Solicitation will be advertised as a 100% Total Small Business set aside. The Government anticipates awarding a single Fixed-Price Purchase Order for the fabrication, assembly, and delivery of all 16,500 Sprinkler Assemblies NFES 0999 to be delivered to the Rocky Mountain Area Incident Support Cache, Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, CO by no later than 08/29/2025. The Solicitation will be identified as Procurement Instrument Identifier (PIID) 1202SC25Q2701.
